Jim Biggins, Owner/President, is dedicated to our residents and families. Jim has been involved in assisted living for most of his life and brings an unmatched depth of experience to Cypress Creek. In 1977, his parents opened what at the time was called a home for the elderly. Growing up in the family business, his duties ranged from delivering meals and transporting residents to lawn work and maintenance. After graduating from Florida State University, he decided to stay in the family business as an administrator. When Jim recognized the need for senior living in Sun City, he led the way to open Cypress Creek Assisted Living Residence in 1999. From day one, Jim has been on site and committed to providing the excellent service our residents and families deserve.
Kate Johnston, LPN, our Administrator, has worked in the healthcare field for over 12 years. The past 10 years she has spent in nursing and managerial roles in assisted living.  Kate is CORE certified and is a licensed nurse in both New York and Florida. Kate is passionate about resident care and is always available to assist them and their family members. Kate has an open door policy with all family members and strives to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.

Maria Luera, Activities Coordinator, has worked in many different capacities over her 11 years at Cypress Creek but her calling is definitely activities. Maria and her team lead our residents in very active, creative and fun-filled days. They gear the activities to residents level of functioning and focus on memory enrichment and longevity. She and her team keep our extended families updated through our extremely popular Facebook site.  
Imelda Torres, Shift Supervisor, has been with Cypress Creek for over 12 years. She has dedicated her entire career to senior care and is always ready to pitch in where extra assistance is needed.  She ensures the residents all get extra attention and that families have peace of mind when they leave for the evening.
Susano Aguilar, Maintenance Director has been with Cypress Creek over 10 years and "he can fix anything".  He is very instrumental in moving our residents in and making sure their new home is just right. Whatever the project is, Susano will find a solution.
Jenny & Tim O'Brien, Dining Directors, are the newest additions to the Cypress Creek management team. They have been in the food service industry for over 20 years and ran a very successful restaurant in Bradenton.  They were specifically sought out for their restaurant and dining management experience to elevate the dining experience for the residents of Cypress Creek.  They are both very hands on and you can often see them in the neighborhoods interacting with the residents.  They understand the importance of satisfying the palate of and enjoy providing delightful dining to our Cypress Creek family.
